ROLLING HILLS OTTAWA POLICIES

Rolling Hills is an adults-only park: children under 18 years of age are not permitted onsite (your kids/grandkids can visit)
Site holders must be at least 21 years of age
The park speed limit is 10km/hour and must be obeyed at all times.
All signs (i.e. pool, road) must be obeyed
One RV and one vehicle per site. All other vehicles/trailers must be parked in the parking lots
Washing of RV or vehicle is not permitted
Do not cut across sites that are not your own
Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. No noise louder than an indoor conversation
Rowdy/aggressive behavior, excessive noise or swearing is not tolerated at any time. Respect guests & staff
Site holders are responsible for the behaviour of their guests
Visitors must register at The Store. $5 a day $10 a night fee per person
Maximum of 6 guests per site
No alcohol/cannabis consumed off of your sites
No smoking inside any building
Fireworks are prohibited
No dangerous or aggressive dog
All dogs must be on a leash at all times. No dogs inside buildings (service dogs excluded). You must pick up after your dog. Pets may not make excessive noise or disturb other persons
Do not wash clothes or dishes in bathrooms
Clotheslines are not permitted
Campfires are only permitted in fire pits. Do not move fire pit
No cutting of trees, branches or debarking. Burning of pressure treated wood, garbage or leaves is not permitted
Carpets only permitted for weekend/short term use.
Please sort and recycle all garbage in appropriate bins
Trash bins are for daily household garbage only (no propane tanks, BBQs, mattresses, chairs, construction materials etc.)
Rolling Hills Campground is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to vehicles or personal property
We reserve the right to evict any and all persons without refund that fail to comply with the rules and regulations or do not respect the rights of other guests and staff
No after dark check ins.
No tent, cargo trailer or car/van camping is permitted. Must be self contained.

Site Requirements
Minimum 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) during weekends in July and August or 3 nights on any long weekend (i.e. Victoria Day, Labour Day, Canada Day).
Site rates are based on a maximum of 4 adults. Additional people are $10 per person per day.

Payment
Full payment due when reservation made.

Cancellation/Change Fees
Full refund if park closed due to government mandated shutdown
A cancellation/change includes shortening a stay (i.e. from 3 nights to 2) or moving from one date to another.
$25 cancellation or change fee.
Early check in fee applies to arrivals prior to 1:00pm. Check out is 11:00am
Within 7 days of check-in loss of full payment.
Peak (May-August) weekends and all long weekends:

After hours arrivals must be pre arranged during the business hours and could be subject to extra charges. No after dark check ins.

Wood
In the Province of Ontario the transportation of wood is prohibited by law. As a result we do not allow wood to be brought on site as it may result in bug infestation. Firewood is available for purchase at our camp store.

Covid-19
Provincial Government rules will be followed.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. No dangerous or aggressive dog breeds. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended on sites or in trailers. No dogs inside buildings (service dogs excluded). You must pick up after your dog Pets may not make excessive noise or disturb other persons.
